Booking & Cancellation
Group tours are a package offer. Changes such as room or hotel upgrades, private airport transfers or itinerary modifications are possible but with an extra charge and subject to availability.
Free-cancellation is possible 10 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation 9 days before the tour or less, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of No-show (if a tourist did not arrive) the tour would automatically be cancelled with a charge of 100% cancellation fee.
Booking confirmation requires a 100% prepayment.
Accommodation
Pricing for the group tours is based on the accommodation in a standard room category for double use.
Single use accommodation is available for an extra charge.
All the group tours include accommodation in 4* hotels on B&B basis. The hotels are specified by the tour organizer in at least 10 days prior to your arrival date.
Take a note that hotels reserve the right to require a refundable safe deposit at the check-in.
Keep in mind that most of the hotels in Switzerland are environment friendly and do not have air-conditioned rooms.
Tour program
Please follow the timing given in the tour program. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes only.
Clients who are late for their excursion/transfer will have to get to their destination on their own and at their own expense.
Due to unforeseen events such as the weather, traffic or public events, the tour program can be adjusted. These kind of adjustments will be made to ensure the security in order to provide a better experience for our tourists.
Tourists are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. Please do not leave any of your valuables in the vehicles.
