This hotel stole my heart from the moment I entered, and a Lady in red, gave me a warm smile. I felt so welcomed and taken care of during the whole stay. Kempinski in St. Moritz is all about the little details from the pillow menu in the room to the gluten-free section during the breakfast buffet.
