Booking policy
To guarantee the booking of the private guided trip we always ask you to make a prepayment, at least 48 hours before the service. For your convenience, it can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation policy
We unterstand that your plans may change unexpectedly, so we offer you the opportunity to cancel or change your private guided trip free of charge 48 hours before the service. Of course, we have exceptions like everyone else, but we will inform you about that when you make your reservation.
Before the private guided trip
When booking please help us make your excursion day perfect and let us know in advance if you have any special request (such as adjusting the trip program, wishes for timing, car or guide)
During the trip
All our vehicles are non-smoking and non-picknick. But you can kindly discuss with your guide the possibility to schedule a lunch break during the excursion.
